These photos were taken September 21 around 9:00 a.m. This was our second stop for the day, with plans to visit four courthouses before the dog jog in Sioux City, and three courthouses afterwards. Thankfully the entrance to the courthouse faces south, so the long morning shadows did not obscure the view.
