Photos were taken September 13, 2008 around 9:45 a.m. This was our
third courthouse visit on a day with a total of 14 courthouses. The
morning started with rain. At Emmetsburg, we had a light mist - I took
most of the photos standing under trees to avoid droplets on the camera
lens.
