These photos were taken on September 13, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. on a trip to northwest Iowa that included 14 couny seats! The day started with rain, then grey cloud cover, so the beautiful sky in the background was a welcome sight!

We returned on January 2, 2009 to locate the dedication plaque. A large and attractive plate was located just inside the main entrance. The architects and contractors are listed.
